In this profound training we focus more on the personal growth of each student. That each and everyone attains more tools in order to find a way of yoga in order to suit the individuals needs. This training is broad and deep, scientific, spiritual beyond religion, modern but with deep roots in the yoga tradition. With this training you can teach flowing classes, classical hatha yoga classes, meditation, pranayama, slow flow/Restorative classes, philosophy and relaxation classes.

The ISHTA yoga practice
The physical asana practice has roots from Iyengar yoga in terms of alignment, flow with breath like the more Ashtanga/Vinyasa styles, kriyas (visualization) from the tantra tradition, meditation and breathing exercises. The practice also stems from Ayurveda; that yoga should be about self balancing, inquiry and investigation rather than feeding what an unbalanced mind usually dictates. We focus on bringing ourselves more towards a state of equilibrium; Sattva. Only in that state will be be able to really feel who we are and what we need.IMG_1394-1024x768 copy
